Your information.
Your business.

Plain language about the workflow-audit and contact forms.

What the forms collect

Your name, email address, company, and the workflow description you submit. A request reference, submission time, and the permission you give us to contact you are saved with the request.

What it is used for

To review and respond to your enquiry, understand the proposed workflow, and arrange next steps. The forms do not add you to a marketing list or send an automatic marketing email.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in the website database. The website and its hosting services process the information needed to receive your request. The form does not send its contents to an AI model.

What not to submit

A short description is enough. Do not include customer lists, passwords, authentication codes, financial records, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data.

Access during a project

If a project progresses, access to business tools and data is agreed separately. The scope should identify the minimum data needed, who may access it, which accounts own the connection, and how temporary access is removed.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries should be kept only as long as needed to evaluate the request, respond, maintain a reasonable business record, and meet applicable obligations. The final public retention period and deletion contact will be added before public launch.

Your choices

You can choose not to use the form and can ask for correction or deletion once a public business contact is published. Submitting the form permits contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

Private preview

This site is currently a private preview. Use test details while reviewing the form. A public business contact, controller details, and final retention arrangements must be added before public launch.

Additional privacy information

Minimum data.
Clear purpose.

The public contact and workflow-audit forms are intended for business enquiries. They are not designed for passwords, authentication codes, customer databases, health information, financial records, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data.

If a project progresses, the data and access required for discovery or implementation are assessed separately. A description submitted through the form does not authorise access to your systems or reuse of your information for another purpose.

01

Purpose limitation

Enquiry information is used to review the request, respond, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of the conversation. It is not automatically added to a marketing subscription. A new purpose would require an appropriate notice or permission.

02

Service providers and access

Hosting, database, email, scheduling, or other service providers may process information needed to operate the site and respond. Access should be limited to people and systems that need it for the stated purpose.

03

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organisational measures reduce risk but no internet service can promise absolute security. Information should be retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, legitimate records, security, dispute handling, or applicable obligations.

04

Questions and requests

You may ask what enquiry information is held, request a correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate. Identity may need to be verified before acting on a request. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.

International services

Online infrastructure and service providers may process information in locations different from yours. Appropriate provider terms and safeguards should be reviewed when a project requires personal or sensitive business data.

Changes to this notice

The notice may be updated as the site, forms, providers, or legal requirements change. The version and effective date should be reviewed before the public launch of badclause.com.
